The most meaningful portraits don't feel posed. They feel remembered.
Long before I became a portrait photographer, I styled editorial shoots for Manhattan Bride magazine, learning how a single photograph can hold not just a moment, but a feeling.
I photograph what I love. Quiet moments. Genuine laughter. Beautiful light.
Originally from New York City, I moved to Woodbridge in 2021 to raise my family. I studied Hispanic Literature at Columbia and later earned my MBA in Marketing from NYU Stern.
When I'm not behind the camera, I lead international engagement for an economic development organization, connecting with companies and government partners around the world and helping them navigate the resources available to them in Connecticut.
Both begin with the same curiosity about people, places, and their stories.
how i work
Every session begins long before I pick up my camera. We talk through location, wardrobe, timing, the details that shape everything else.
During the session, I offer enough direction that you're never left wondering what to do, while leaving room for what can't be posed: a glance, a laugh, an unplanned hug.
Afterward, I edit with care. The goal is not to transform, but to enhance.
giving back
Two organizations are close to my heart: Big Brothers Big Sisters and the American Red Cross. A portion of every session fee is donated to support their work, because I believe that beautiful images and a beautiful community go hand in hand.
If you feel moved to get involved, I'd love for you to consider mentoring a child through Big Brothers Big Sisters. It's a meaningful commitment of at least 10 hours a month, and one of the most rewarding things you can give. Or, if you're looking for something impactful in just about an hour, donating blood through the Red Cross can save a life.
